About Nightingale-Bamford School
The Nightingale-Bamford School is an independent all-female university-preparatory school founded in 1920. With grades K-12, NBS is one of the top-ranked private schools in New York City and among one of the country's leading independent schools for girls. Nightingale's website serves as a central point for many school communications with students.
The Project
Nightingale came to us with a few specific projects they needed taken care of. The projects are for both, internal and external use. These include: building of a school directory, email list integration with Mail Chimp, Magnus Health Integration (for online student health form management), and ticket sales management for annual fundraising events.
Customization
The customization for this site included creation of a user profile system on Nightingale. We also needed to integrate with Ubercart, an e-commerce solution for Drupal 6.
Timeline
The Directory took three months for initial completion and then continued growing as we built in additional features.
