We use the open source OpenVPN software to create cross-platform, secure, reliable, fast Virtual Private Networks. It allows us to easily create permanent site-to-site connections, or support road warrior-types of configurations. We also use it on top of wireless networks, to provide an additional security layer.
We have some knowledge and understanding of IPsec solutions, and if you have compatible systems, can set up and administer an IPsec VPN solution. We do not recommend using PPTP because of its security issues.
We can also help determine other remote access solutions that may better solve your problems. We have worked extensively with applications that provide remote desktop functionality, allowing us to support and train users remotely. We can provide individual services, such as file sharing or printing, on a secure basis without deploying a VPN.
