We're strong in both areas. We love helping people solve problems, and we've found that developing strong relationships with our customers usually provides great mutual benefits. We stay on top of technology, and keep track of what's installed at your location.

All of our fixed-price project work includes 1 year of support and maintenance. Support for this type of work includes mainly answering questions about how to make the system do the task you're trying to accomplish, or telling you where to look for other solutions. Maintenance includes keeping any software used in the solution up-to-date with any new security releases, and fixing compatibility issues that arise as a result of new platform software.

We also provide support and maintenance as part of our Service Contracts. This type of support just uses hours you've paid for as part of the contract. We can support most of your computer needs, regardless of operating system of individual software. We will tell you if a particular support need is out of our area of expertise, but can usually find an answer for you even in those cases, through our partners and contractors or on the web.

While we are primarily a Linux and Open Source shop, we have a lot of expertise in Windows, Microsoft Office, and many other common Windows applications. If you're trying to get a Mac to work with Windows, or a Linux box to talk to a Mac, we can almost certainly answer your questions promptly.
